Quality Management System Manual
DAWON & Company's quality policy establishes a quality management system that satisfies ISO 9001:2015 and performs work accordingly. The goal is to produce high-quality products that meet customer expectations and requirements, as well as to promote the development of the company through customer satisfaction.
Recognizing the importance of “accurate design and construction from the beginning” as a means of achieving customer satisfaction and zero product defects as our goals. We strive to ensure the quality of all construction objects by following the procedures described in the quality manual.
In order to realize this quality policy, we carry out independent quality assurance activities for all employees to establish quality goals and achieve them. Our products are observed and evaluated from the customer's point of view, and continuous improvement activities are carried out to prevent fundamental defects.
Our quality assurance organization and system of responsibilities and authority by function are carried out in accordance with the requirements described in the quality manual. The responsibility and authority to implement corrective measure for quality improvement and to stop the construction if it doesn’t conform to the customer’s specification are delegated to the head of the management department.
All employees are responsible for the quality of our company, and in order to establish a stable quality management system, all employees are responsible for understanding and implementing the quality policy.

EHS System Manual
The company's environmental and safety integrated management policy is a systematic work procedure to establish and implement an EHS management system that meets ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001;2018 to satisfy diversifying customer requirements and respond to rapidly changing environmental changes.
DAWON & Company establishes and practices the following management policies to meet customer expectations, realize customer values as well as the satisfaction of stakeholders through eradication of lax management, innovation of profit models, renewal of core competencies, and renewal of organizational culture.
We promote the achievement of zero accidents by strengthening systematic safety management that eliminates risk factors and reduces OH&S risks.
We do our best to protect the environment with eco-friendly design and construction services.
We faithfully comply with relevant laws and regulations and business standards.
We will advance the environment, safety and health management system through continuous system improvement.
The management policy is based on the consultation and participation of worker representatives, and is disclosed so that all stakeholders can access it.
Therefore, all executives and employees of the company must clearly understand and comply with the management policy and the requirements of the EHS management system in carrying out their respective duties, and the company intends to realize "customer satisfaction" corporate management based on this.
